Professional Biography
Roy Mghames (Co-Founder & Associate) and Jason Krim (Co-Founder & Associate) lead a client-centered legal practice Specializing in delivering strategic, results-driven counsel across key areas of Lebanese law. Together, they support individuals and businesses with comprehensive services spanning Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Civil matters.
The team advises on company formation and governance, complex commercial agreements and trademarks, property transactions, and civil contracts and drafting—combining practical industry insight with rigorous legal analysis.

- Roy Mghames: LLB & M1 in International and Lebanese Laws (Notre Dame University – NDU); M2 in Private Law (Sagesse University – ULS), Specializing in Business, Commercial, and Corporate Law.
- Jason Krim: BA & M1 in Law (Lebanese University); M2 in Private Law (Sagesse University – ULS), specializing in Oil & Gas Law; Member of the Beirut Bar Association.
